The only minor complaint I found regarding the size was that because of its large capacity, it was hard to organize the toys once inside the Chest. Apparently, Little Tikes used to provide dividers for the Little Tikes Toy Box that slide into groves inside the chest, now I have found complaints that they have stopped making those, so the chests have the groves but no dividers. When it comes to choosing the right toy chest, sturdiness and durability are on the top of the check list. Little Tikes Giant toy box is made out of highly durable ionic plastic material that can withstand crazy minded kids who love to jump around, on top of, and even in their toy chests. When the lid is attached, it is sturdy enough to play on or use as a bench. Many parents reported that after years of steady wear and tear that their Little Tikes Toy Box still looked as good as new. Most consumers stated how very easy and fast Little Tikes toy box was to assemble, The only complaint was with the small connector pieces. Their was only a hand full of people who had assembly trouble and they all seemed to be the same thing so hopefully they were just bad pieces in a run awhile ago. I have not seen any recent comments on this issue
